Urgent Opening For Senior Site Engineer / Senior Engineer - Civil
Position - Sr. Engineer - Civil/Billing/Estimation/Quality
Qualification - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Civil
Experience - 5 - 12 Years
Salary - As per Market Standers
Job Description :
Understand the technical specifications, drawings, BOQ items and method statements, before commencing any activity; discrepancies if any should be highlighted to the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager.
Understand project milestones and do the micro planning for his scope of work
Estimate optimal resource requirement based on his micro planning and seek the approvals from the Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager before commencing the activities.
Align all resources to achieve daily/weekly/monthly scheduled targets, in concurrence with Project Manager. Take corrective and preventive actions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of targets.
Prepare and get approval from authorities concerned (clients/consultants/etc) of all checklists, pour cards, safety permits.
Execute as per applicable quality standards and monitor the planned works to achieve daily/weekly planned targets
Ensure pre and post quality tests of all activities are conducted as per Quality Assurance Plan and ensure remedial actions/measures are taken wherever required.
Ensure all activities are performed as per Site Safety requirements.
Prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and get it approved from respective authorities and submit it daily to QS engineers.
Prepare daily measurement sheets of work done, keep the record of actual daily manpower deployed and submit it daily to Labour Billing/QS department.
Maintain a daily diary to record daily planning, achievement and concerns, if any.
Support fortnightly preparation and payments of all vendors bills (labour) and QS department for Running Account bills.
People Management lead, motivate, coach and develop his team members and labour.
Ensure monthly reconciliation of materials and labour by minimizing wastages of material and improving productivity.
