Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


JD for TSS Role:

  • Own the technical decisions with customers' for cloud and allied Business Applications.
  • Lead business value and technical conversations, presentations, workshops and demonstrations aligned to each individual customers specific business needs.
  • Remove technical, competitive, and security blockers to accelerate Customers sales opportunities.
  • Work with the sales team within the region and other resources to land sales strategy for each customer opportunity.
  • Expand technical acumen through the orchestration of solutions for complex business problems capitalizing on Cloud and other allied solution areas.
  • Continual learning specific to technology, sales, industry trends, competitive solution offerings & professional skills.
  • Complete readiness and attain Level 300-400+ knowledge and expertise for all related Cloud solution areas with alignment to the business needs.

Pre-requisites :

Any Diploma or Graduate level of education

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Knowledge of any Vernacular languages would be an added advantage

Knowledge of Azure (Mandatory)

Min 3 Yrs of experience in any of the following areas (5 Yrs is preferred)


  • Pre-Sales with 60-70% Technical & 30-40% Sales inclination

(Cloud Solutioning/Consulting/Implementing/Training & Handholding etc.,)

  • Tech Support Environment (Consumer/Commercial)
  • Server(s) Administration Experience (Any O/S, DB, App & Utility Servers)
  • Technical Analyst/Consultant in Cloud related/SW product environment
  • Any other role where H/W, N/W, Servers & Cloud exposure with Hands On.
