Greetings of the day!

we have opening for Team Lead 

Job Responsibilities:

1. To form a new team of recruiters working for the IT Clients of Harjai LTI, TechM, Accenture, infogain, quinnox etc Aprrox 20 + requiremnents per day with parcel ex
2. Setup processes that promotes IT Recruitment 6 hour response time, judgment of quality v/s quantity and other such things
3. Amazing Client Servicing skills
4. Experienced Team leader Should have led a team of 8+ minimum
5. Should have extensive experience working for Subcon (sub contracting) requirements

The KPIs of this person will include:

1. 3 months:
1. Set up a team of 10 recruiters
2. Support all other TLs with all the IT Clients
3. Achieve 15 joinees in the 3^rd month.
2. 6 months:
1. Setup a team of 15+ Recruiters
2. Handle All new IT Clients of Harjai
3. Achieve 30 joinees in the 6^th month

Experience = 7+ Years

Skills = IT recruitment, Team Handling, Client management, IT staffing / Contract staffing,

Working Location will be Malad (west) / Mumbai

Notice Period = Immediate 25 Days

Budget = varies from person to person (Fix Salary + 2 x Incentives ) (Quarterly target)
