Product Development Sr. Merchandiser (Knits) @ Super Fashion

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To ensure excellent product development as per clients specifications & to make the style production friendly.
2. Clear understanding of the given sales target & working meticulously to achieve it.
3. To close price & delivery of the selected styles. Call outs to be given along side.
4. To religiously follow all submissions & approvals as per planned t&a and highlight delays, if any.
5. To ensure timely handover of file to production merchandising team after order is booked. The same will be tracked via FMS.

6. To maintain clear records of weekly & monthly product developed and orders booked with conversion ratio.

7. To manage, foresee & guide daily work of the assistant merchandiser.
8. To be an integral part of weekly & monthly meetings.
9. To ensure good record keeping, file maintenance etc.
10. To coordinate with various departments to achieve target sales plan.

11. To ensure seamless day to day internal & external communication.
12. To perform day to day work as per factorys requirements.
13. To take commercial calls in agreement with SVP

14. To maintain self & teams decorum at any given point of time.

Update FMS time to time.
The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) AGE30-40

2) ExperienceTotal 8 years of working in a factory or buying house

3) Knowledge  Product development of Ladies & Kids Knitted apparel & its Costing & T&A. Candidates who know how to close an order with a client.

4) Skill Excellent in follow ups. Good written and spoken English. People management & good interpersonal skills.

5) Male/Female-  Preferably Female
6) Distance from unit Within 40 minutes of distance from the office.

7) Minimum Qualification Graduate

Perks and Benefits

Rs 35,000 - 50,000 ctc per month
