About Company : Our client into rapidly growing Pharma Co. in India. Leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, founded in 1982

Position : Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification - B.Pharm & M.Pharm

Job Location Thane Factory and Bhiwandi factory

Experience 2 to 4 yrs.

CTC - 3 to 3.5 Lac p.a.

In Process quality control checks for critical parameters.
Preparation and Revision of Standard operating procedures (SOP).
Preparation and Revision of Batch manufacturing record (BMR).
Handling of Raw material/Packing material Complaint reports & Destruction certificates.
Handling of Deviations, Internal failures, Change control Authorizations.
Periodic control sample checking & BSR Samples checking.
Monitoring Process Validation & Sampling of batches.
Preparation of Management information system (MIS) Report on monthly basis.
Review of Quality management system on monthly basis.
Ensuring/Monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices conducted in production area.
Verification of all the Q.A. records and documents for Compliance
System Implementation and co-ordination with other departments.
Planning & execution of internal audits.
Planning & execution of Training programme.
Initiative and Decision making of in process queries and Investigation of the same.
To maintain proper quality standards and & System for continual improvement for smooth operation.
