Roles and Responsibilities

PURPOSE: The Salesforce Developer's role is to work with the Corporate Salesforce development team to design and develop customizations, extensions, and configurations across Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
What you will do:
- Work with other members of the Corporate Salesforce team to implement customer-based solutions and develop applications on the Force.com and Lightening platform using Apex and Visual Force.
- Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
- Provide technical documentation as required for development work completed.
- Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.
- 3+ years experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Strong English language skills
- Experience working on an Agile development team remotely
- Ability to travel to the United States to work on assignments
