Position Objective

The incumbent would be part of the delivery team and the primary responsibility will be to lead the overall account, manage internal teams, interact with Client, attending Client calls, maintaining the PnL for the accounts being handled, regular stake holder (internal and external) interactions, deal with Client/team issues, review performance regularly, ensure that the process is metrics driven and provide guidance to the Managers on floor and suggest changes as and when necessary in order to improve the process.

Education:

  • Mandatory: Graduates from any stream
  • Desirable: Postgraduate/Management degree from any stream

Experience:

  • Minimum 12-14 years of work experience in a Voice program from premium contact centers.
  • Should have managed a team size of 200+ with a direct span of 4-5
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in background verification voice process or International process as a Sr. Operations Manager
  • Needs to be high on responsibility and ownership
  • Should have knowledge on making and managing the PnL of account
  • Demonstrated ability to understand staffing, process efficiencies, and goal achievement while managing contact center cost
  • Should have exhibited excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills, a detail-oriented personality, and a collaborative spirit
  • Proven demonstration of ability to work with diverse team members and manage multiple and competing priorities
  • A commitment to being attentive, persistent, and flexible. Also protective of the integrity and purpose of our organization

Soft Skills:

  • Should express excellent leadership qualities and spearhead the team.
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills enabling client expectation management

Mandatory:

  • Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
  • To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.

Responsible for complying with all QMS and ISMS Policies and procedures
