Designation : Finance Manager (Finance Head)

Reporting to : GM & Director

Exp : 8+ Years work experience
Edu : CA Preferred (or) ICWA (or) CA-Inter

Location : Cheyyur (Near Mahabalipuram)


General Responsibilities:

Responsible for all activities in finance vertical. Heading the Finance Department by Supporting operations group in monthly operations review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Formulating financial and accounting procedures & policy of the company as per the applicable laws.
  • Responsible for product costing & work closely with cross functional teams towards cost reduction
  • Compliance's under Tax laws and Company law
  • Budgeting, Cash flow, risk analysis and managing the foreign exchange risks
  • Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will
    enable management to determine progress against budgets.
  • Identify, investigate, and analyse potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings
    make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
  • Implementing the ERP system
  • Working in close coordination with General Manager to establish highest standards and documentation.
  • Management of all the activities of finance and accounts department and reporting to the General Manager / Directors
  • Any other duties specified by the General Manager / Top Management from time to time in relation to business requirements.

  • Education and Experience Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred.
    • Experience working with cross functional teams
    • Strong experience in income statement analysis.
    • Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in ERP systems
