Position: Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM)
As a business consultant you will act as part of a global growth team leading consulting and onboarding of new businesses within specific territories/industries.
Your mission will be to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new customers in Small and emerging, medium-sized and large enterprises to help grow and develop our presence in global regions.
You will work on game-changing ideas, use deep business insight and market knowledge to play a critical role in bringing prospects through the full growth cycle.
4-8 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Business Analyst, Business Development, Marketing, Sales
Relevant 2-3 years experience in a role that required business consultant and client handling experience
Ability to liaise with marketing requirements for sales and marketing collateral
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Prepared to travel (mostly international)
Bachelor's in computer science or engineering.
Candidates with a bachelors degree in any other discipline can also be considered provided they have relevant and sufficient experience. MBA preferred.
BD/ Consulting and Account Management
Perform all usual account management and consulting tasks (e.g., customer communication, writing solution literature, estimating revenues, account management, etc.) independently i.e., without taking regular help from supervisor
Attend direct meeting with customers for exploratory calls and opportunity calls
Work with business analysts for proposal creation, where required, to provide custom solution or product to a customer
Industry experience in BFSI, insurance, healthtech, analytics is preferred
Marketing Activities
Create marketing campaigns (exhibiting and attending at trade shows, customer consulting, case studies and collateral ,press releases) for companys product or service
Other Tasks
Participate in industry associations and groups of which company is member
Work with growth support team in terms of training and development, performance evaluation, work with prospecting team to strategize growth
Work with recruitment and HR team with firm wide growth initiatives
Create Marketing Requirement Document (MRD) for new and existing line of services
