Position: Agency Recruitment/ Development( ARDM)

ADM'S Responsibility's:

Execution of Sales strategy.
Responsible for Recruitment and Management of agents.
Train and motivate advisors to promote a better understanding of Markets and business.
Monitor and Interview the performance of agents. Helps them to achieve business
Meet customers on regular basis
Supervise and liase with Self help group/ Microfinance, Ngo's etc.

Immediate Joiners are Preferable.
