We have around 170 positions for Chennai, Coimbatore for our reputed client
Salary:15000 Take home for freshers & for 1-2 years salary will be 20000 ( Similar experience)
Qualification: Dip, 12th pass, Any degree
INBOUND CONTACT CENTRE PROCESS:
ROLES AND REPONSBILITIES:
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that callers feel supported and valued.
- Answering calls to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry callers, as needed
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- Strong communication and adept learner
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with computers and typing skills.
- Show flexibility and ability to work in different time zones as per the business requirement
- Must be a highly motivated and possess accountability
Work location: 1 Shriram Gateway , Chennai/ 2 DLF IT Park, Chennai
Shift timings: US shifts (Rotational)
Weekly offs: 1 offs a week, rotational basis since this is an inbound contact center
Shift timings and working days:
9 hour shift with 1 hour break. 6 days working will be followed by all contractors .
Drop service:
6.30pm to 3.30am: Drop will be provided No pick up
9.30pm to 6.30am: No pick up and drop
2.30am to 11.30am: Pick up will be provided No drop
