Job Description

Urgent requirement for General Manager Manufacturing (Group Plant Incharge Production) Valsad location.

Qualification: BE Chemical

Age 41 years to 49 years

CTC 24 LPA to 35 LPA

Experience 16 years to 24 years

Experience of API, Pharmaceuticals and Intermediates industry, Knowledge of Phosgene process will be preferred.

Role description:

Achieve production targets of group plants with desired quality and yield in cost effective manner taking into consideration compliance to statutory and EHS norms.

Description:

Ensure achievement of budgeted sales plan

Ensure compliance to statutory and EHS norms

Implement and sustain best manufacturing practices

Improve efficiencies of the products in coordination with production and technology team

Achieve 'right first time' quality as per specification

Monitor and control fixed cost and RM inventories within budget and norms respectively

Implement approved capex and process improvement actions

Perform the role of People Leader

Ensure optimum use of ERP system

Prepare monthly performance report

Prepare utility budget, move order budget, best achieved RM norms

Improve quality of performance management process

Visit customer and allow team members to participate in the agreed market visit plan

Provide inputs to General Manager-Manufacturing with respect to capacity utilisation

Oversee the preventive maintenance schedules are carried out as per the plan
