Production (Fabrication) Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Job description

• Overall Production of all jobs as per assigned dates as per QAP.
• Read, understand and relate the engineering drawings to Product manufacturing.
• Record manufacturing start date and completion date for every project
• Ensure timely dispatch of the material to various work station.
• Ensure material used for a project is approved by the QC department
• Conduct weekly reviews on progress of the work with all fabricators.
• Periodically review Design drawings and Bill of Materials and highlight deviations and changes faced in assembly of Machines.
• Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
• Prepare the equipment for trials and comply with all the deviation pointed by QC/ Client.
• Prepare the equipment for dispatch and maintain associated records.
• Ensure compliance of Dispatch Checklist.
