Quality Manager for Pipe Industry at Pithampur, Indore

• Education: B.SC / MSc/BE / ME/BTech / MTech
• Technical Qualification: Post Graduation Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing from CIPET
• Experience in PVC & HDPE Pipe industry is must
• Experience: 15 to 20 years
• Location: Pithampur (M.P.)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, document and participate in effective implementation of Quality System to meet IMS and ISI standard including organizational need
2. Deploy quality system and ensure IMS internal & external audit (Renew/ Surveillance)
3. Participate in design, development & successful trial of new products and adequate documentation. Also, maintenance of complete records.
4. Ensure FMEA of all product groups to establish SOP in line with KPI targets.
5. Constantly review and plan Laboratory upkeep/ up-gradation for accurate functioning and keeping organization abreast with latest developments.
6. Review & Finalise QAP for all institutional orders.
7. Review and plan actions based on quality exception reports - External Tests, Incoming, In-process & FG Inspection.
8. Review QA and QC functioning as per DRM agenda to drive improvements.
9. Prepare and participate in various management reviews - DRM, WRM, MRM and take appropriate actions
10. Conduct RCA to reduce Internal and External Customer Complaints
11. Coordinate to close quality issues listed in Issue Log
12. Implement 5S and Safety norms - Conduct Line Walk
13. Participate in Special Initiatives/ Projects from time to time
