Job Description
About the Opportunity:
Sales and policy support for a personal lines MGA in mainland Europe.
Position Title: Analyst- International Market (Life Insurance)
Location: Gurugram
What you will be doing:
- Handling queries/requests over call/email with brokers or policy holders for personal line insurance products (starting with life insurance)
- Carry out periodic accounting controls and create the associated reports
- Checking and processing the commission runs
What you will bring to the Team:
- A professional with educational background as minimum Graduate.
- Good insurance knowledge
- Prior exposure (1 to 2 Years) to International voice Insurance Process (preferred)
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills.
- Must be a problem solver and be able to work independently
- Shift Flexibility (European time zone, up to 12 am IST). Shifts can be rotated on an ongoing basis
- Proficiency in MS Office
