Location: Delhi (Okhla)

Job Description:

L1 Deliverables

Daily Endpoint status report.

Monitoring of the device.

Client version upgrades.

Deployment of agents remotely.

Attending business users call. Incident and Request Fulfillment Management.

Vendor coordination. New policy creations based upon business requirement.

Perform Discovery scan for new clients.

L2 Deliverables

Troubleshooting issues with components of DLP.

Connectivity issues, deployment issues.

Recommendation and Rollout of New policies. Reinstallations.

• Review of Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Checklist. Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
