Job Description
- Solution Engineer will assist different teams providing technical solutions on Marketing Technologies like Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Sitecore, etc.
- Provide technical support to the client and the ability to troubleshoot or provide solutions for problems.
- Provide Technical Consultant support to implement/Install Marketing Technologies like Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Sitecore, etc for various clients.
- Create, design and implement demand generation programs in Marketing Technologies like Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Sitecore, etc
- Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process, and complex program flows.
- Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies
- Accountable for the success of solution and acceptance by customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of Demand Generation or IT experience
- Strong knowledge and working experience in HTML, Javascript is a MUST.
- Strong experience in HTML, CSS, Database modeling, SchemaDevelopment (XML), JSON Script, and JavaScript, jQuery, or any scripting technologies like PHP/PYTHON/RUBY or ASP.Net or PHP
- Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions is a must.
- Experience in any one of the Marketing Technologies like Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Sitecore, etc is a MUST
- Experience in either Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
- Strong process development skills: ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into highly efficient and executable business processes.
Great communication skills.
- Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of work
- Solid understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML, Perl, web servers/technology, streaming media)
- Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
- Results-oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail.
- Experience with any of the following: Eloqua, Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce.com, Marketo, SFMC, Sitecore.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
