Job opening as a Manager, Client Relations- female
Location: Bhiwandi
Company is Manufacturer of CORRUGATED BOXES, CORRUGATED ROLLS & SHEETS and CORRUGATED FITMENTS & PARTITIONS.
Scope:
- Act as a Management representative for the customer
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Review of enquires, sending an initial response to customers
- Prepare techno-commercial offer
- Coordinate with design, technical, production
- Coordinate vendor registration & factory visits
- Act as point of contact for complaints and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate
Experience: 2-5 years of experience
