Job Description: IT Sales

• Semi-Tech inbound voice process
• Excellent English communication skills
• Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.
• Able to work independently and is pro-active.
• Should be able to multi-task during customer handling. (Type & Talk)
• Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned goals
• Pro-active and should carry a positive attitude
• Helping the customer with their query and pitch in for our products and services
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Meet call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines, excellent growth opportunities.
• International Tele Sales experience will be advantage.
