Job Description

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing affiliate partners, preferably with a B2B SaaS product company
• Strong partnership management, contracting and negotiation skills.
• Clear understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, tools, processes, SEO and digital advertising best practices
• Experience of website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• High level of organization and communication skills, creativity, and hands-on approach
• Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field

• Identify and develop strong relationships with top affiliates partners.
• Implement an effective affiliates program and onboard new affiliates to ensure channel partner business targets and revenues are achieved.
• Monitor and report on competitors affiliate programs
• Re Engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase performance.
• Present reports on relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve collective organizational goals.
