Role Details

• Managing, growing and deepening Super HNI Banking customer relationship portfolio through effective relationship management.
• Acquiring new Super HNI relationships into the bank
• Handling Super HNI Customers financial as well as investment goals through continuous portfolio analysis in a compliant but profitable manner

Overall Job Description

• Understand the mapped customer base in terms of the client profile, business/ professional background, family / demographic details, financial holdings and goals, assets/ investments in the Bank and in other places.
• Build strong relationships with existing Customer base to achieve higher wallet penetration in terms of products, deepening of account balances and more transactions on the A/Cs to achieve defined business targets.
• Provide professional customer service/support towards achieving higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure ongoing self-development, updating oneself about the markets & current affairs which drive the financial Industry.
• Manage the portfolio to de-risk against client attrition and achieve stability of book through acquiring more new customers and achieving granular book growth rather than through only few relationships.
