We are hiring for Sr. Operation Executive on contractual Role.

JOB PROFILE

- Responsible for e2e management of fresh fruits and vegetables buying operations that involves managing and monitoring the vendors and their packhouse day to day operations

- Incharge of packhouse operations, fill rates and delivery schedule adherence

- Coordinate with vendors on the desired output metrics

- Owner of the buying operations MIS

- Liaising with quality teams for a smooth flow of operations

Key Competencies

- Great team player with good communication skills and able to manage the processes

- Strong in Ms excel and MS office

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in retail operations

- Bsc Agriculture with MBA is a Plus

- Having background in managing Agri commodities

- Willing to travel inter and intra city as per the requirement
