Job Description

About the Role:

Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications at the enterprise level.

Looking for someone who is hands on and is involved in building end to end CI / CD pipelines.

Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience in Agile process, acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing thorough understanding of Core Java Design /
Development, applicable technology, tools and existing designs.

Experience working with distributed data frameworks like Hadoop using Spark and other big data tools for data sourcing / processing needs is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.

Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.

Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts

Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs

Should be able to provide estimates and work with architects/manager to come up with the project plans and task assignments.

Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.

Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.

Consistently generate creative, resourceful solutions to problems, Clarify complex data or situations so that others can comprehend, respond, and contribute.

Integrate ideas and inputs from different sources to find innovative solutions and should look for opportunities to improve the system/ application/ process.

Closely work with the Application Architects for the safety and soundness of the applications assigned, work on delivering Proof of Concepts and generate ideas for Continuous Process Improvements.

Essential Qualifications:
7+ years of overall experience
CI / CD experience using tools likeGit /Gradle /Maven/Jenkins
Core Java
Agile Development Experience
