Job Description

Experience

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in BPO, includes 6 months to 1 years of experience as a Team Lead in any international US voice process.

Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Excellent People Management skills.
Notice : Immediate Joiner/ 1 Month of notice preferable.

Preferably US process Background Verification experience will be an added advantage

Mandatory: US shift.

Budget is between 5 Lacs to 5.5 Lacs

Education

Desirable: Any Degree
