As such, banquet coordinators are always traveling to evaluate and set up at different venues, including hotels, convention centers, and resorts. This is a skilled position that requires a bachelors degree. Banquet coordinators typically work at least full-time hours, and they are often working overtime hours, especially during the time events are held.
