We at SBICAP Securities are looking for Sales Manager in different locations of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

• Managing a team of 10- 15 Executives
• Responsible for client acquisition and achieving the team target.
• Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
• Cross sell other financial Products
• Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being : Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products
• Managing key customer relationships, Building and sustaining investment relationships with High Net worth Individuals
• Recruitment of Executives.
• Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control
