Job Description

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Manager in Claims for one of the Leading Life Insurance Co. for Mumbai Location.

Job Description :

• Responsible for end to end case management of all claims Death and Health claims.
• Responsible for all customer communication.
• Responsible for data management for all reports.
• Responsible for claims related complaints and walk in customers.
• Responsible for any system enhancements.
• Responsible for accurate claim assessment and speedy claim decisions within the stipulated IRDA guidelines.
• Ensuring quality decision within the agreed SLAs.
• Liaise with zone team and investigators.
• Verifying all documents received.
• Updating information in the Claims System.
• Provide medical assessment support / opinions to other team members.
• Cashless claims liaising with TPA.
• Quality checks to be done.

Skills Technical :

   Claims Processing.

   Sound knowledge of product contracts.

   Knowledge of medical terminologies.

   Legal Updates.

   Industry practice.

   Regulatory guidelines.

   Presentation skills.

   Communication skill
