Our Treasury team play an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Regional HR Manager to join our team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage complete recruitment life-cycle & maintain optimum TA metrics i.e. TATs, Cost & quality of Hire
  • Understand the profile in consultation with the functional heads and notifying the position internally, sourcing resumes (Job Portals, Internal Database, Social media, Campus and Referrals), interviewing candidates and recommending top candidates for next level of interview with functional heads.
  • Managing Employee Background Checks & Employee Assistance post offer release.
  • Fitment generation and Offer Acceptance Confirmation.
  • All employee allocations, movements and transfers within and outside the unit.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Preparation of various HR MIS reports(Publishing hiring Dashboard to team and business)
  • Impressions / Structured new joiner connect within 45 Days from joining
  • End to End Confirmation process within TAT
  • Exit Management: End to End Resignation process/Resignation revoke process/Exit Interview feedback
  • Attrition Management


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Candidate should possess 3-9 years of HRBP experience
  • He/she should be from NBFC/BFSI background
  • Full time MBA Post graduation is mandatory
  • He/she should possess good interpersonal skills & MIS Skills
  • Good communication & Negotiation skills
