We have urgent opening as aR&D Executive, at. Dombivali.

Organisation is into Manufacturer & Exporter of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals since since 1979.

Locations Dombivali / Thane / Ambernath / Taloja

Qualification B Pharma / M Pharma / B Sc / MSE (Chemistry)

Experience 2 5 Years (API Pharma Company)

Gender Male / Female

Skills :-

• Good verbal & Written Communication skills.
• Highly proficient with scientific software.
• Relevant knowledge of R&D in Pharma Company.
• Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills.

Responsibility :-

• Responsible for preparative HPLC R&D activities.
• Knowledge & Experience in analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material, in-process & finished product, stability samples.
• Responsible to assist R&D dept. for API bulk drug new product development process & improvement.
• Responsible for maintenance of R&D instruments.
• Vendor Co-ordination for raw material testing / instrument.
• Maintain detailed records of experiment undertaken.
• Report qualitative observations from experiments to reporting head.
• Documentation of experimental records as per company standards.
• Assist in literature review on novel synthetic route for API.
• Development of Commercial processes.
• Scale-up laboratory trials on pilot plant to validate process.
• Investigation & Troubleshooting of plant processes.
• Monitor product life cycle process consistency, responsibility of products DMF filing.
• Development of Echo-Friendly, Cost Effective & Plant feasible process.
• Participate in reviewing development reports, tech transfers.
