About the Role: Wells Fargo s Information Cyber Security (ICS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Operations group. The IAM operations delivery organization comprises of:
Provisioning and De-provisioning of platforms in LOB s applications
Privileged Accounts maintenance and sustainability
Level 2/3 production Support of IAM systems
Rouge and orphans Accounts remediation
Certifications remediation
Each of the above groups may have functional delivery leaders in place who in turn will report in to the IAM operations Leader.
The manager role will have dual reporting line in to the lead of ICS IAM operations leader in India/Manila and to the group leader at the IAM US. Responsibilities:
Manager managing a team of 10-12 security analysts who provisions and de-provisions access in Applications and Platforms.
Act as SME for Provisioning deliverables across Enterprise application and Platforms
Oversee day to day operations of the team.
Manager tasks of teams in provision / de-provisioning / certifications
Contribute to the strategic initiatives and best practices of EAM operations organization at the enterprise level
Oversee a team of 12+ of team members through the direct reports
Plan, measure and monitor health of operations and team with KPIs, KRIs.
Lead initiatives like predictive trend analysis, continuous improvement thru automations and cross trainings. Come up with peak and non-peak flexible staffing guidance.
Manage shift roasters and on-call support schedules.
Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes and investments.
Budget and forecast financial needs
Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations
Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching
Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
Ensure smooth delivery of projects/ operations with strong focus on quality and value creation for the organization/enterprise.
Keeps abreast of latest information security trends specific to Banking financial services industry
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards , analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems
