Job Description
About the Role
The role of Operations Processor 2(OPP2) is to identify Mortgage loan documents and Index as per standards and work instructions made to meet customer's needs. Requires minimal guidance one who meets desired results consistently, Shares knowledge/best practices with others. Analyzes existing practices and looks at innovating and improving the same, takes additional responsibility and works towards team goals, reports and success Responsibilities
- Achieve / exceed the set productivity targets.
- Complete tasks within process specific TAT
- Meet/exceed quality targets
- Is supportive of the team and contributes to it in an individual capacity
- Receives feedback openly from others post implementation of learning experiences
- Adapts to change within the organization with guidance from others
- Good problem solving and analytical skills and numerical skills
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
- Independently picks up knowledge/skills in one s own area of work
- Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and takes team initiatives
- Must demonstrate and maintain professional conduct under all circumstances
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Ability to innovate by simplify the process, eradicating waste and eliminating duplication of work
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to fluently speak, write, and read English
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
- Basic problem solving and analytical skills
- Eye for detail and comprehension skills
- Minimum Typing Speed Accuracy: 30 to 35 (WPM/95%)
- Takes ownership for responsibilities
- Requirement to be cross-trained based on need and feasibility
- Can adapt to a changing environment and circumstances
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
- Certification in Financial Risk Management
