Hi All,

Looking candidate for US GAAP Accounting(Immediate Joiner). Please find the JD Below

Designation: Sr. Associate

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Drop-outs), M.Com, CPA or CPA Candidate

Location: Gurgaon

Experience in Finance & Accounts under USGAAP.

Review and analysis of accounting records and financial statements.

Implementation of ASC.

Filing of Form 10K/10Q

Preparation of financial statements under USGAAP & related financial reporting framework

Require good communication skills.

Knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards is preferable.

Multi-tasking ability.

Working knowledge of MS Excel

Software knowledge for Quickbooks/ Xero/ ERP is preferable
