Job Description
We are Hiring for the jobs for the position of Air Ticketing Executive ,Cust. Care Executive, Junior Executive, Floor In charge. Manager, Asst. Manager, Ground Staff ,Cabin Crew ,technical
Ground Crew or Ground Staff work in the aviation industry where they are engaged in various roles at the airport. Ground Staff ensures the safety and comfort of passengers, including checking in baggage, providing information, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, and selling tickets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Helping passengers to Checking for flights
- Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
- Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
- Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
- Assisting passengers with all inquiries, including lost or delayed baggage
- Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
- Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport
- Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination;
- Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.
- Indian national between 19 to 45 years
- Ground Crew or Ground Staff work in the aviation industry where they are engaged in various roles at the airport. Ground Staff ensures the safety and comfort of passengers, including checking in baggage, providing information, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, and selling tickets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Indian national between 19 to 45 years
- Minimum Qualification: 10+12th
- Fluent in Hindi or English and Regional Language
