Job Responsibilities
- Receive indent / details about the required job.
- Visit the site along with the team for detailed study.
- Collect all information from the indenter including proposal drawings from equipment suppliers/ planners/Architects.
- Feasibility assessment
- Plan and prepare preliminary/proposal drawing based on the information and specifications collected.
- Prepare budgetary estimation.
- Designing & detailing and release the drawing for execution.
- Preparation of BOM
- Site Visit, Project Monitoring.
- Provide continuous support in case of any modifications and redesigning.
- Document all the processes, indent and drawings for records.
- Co-ordinate work for stability inspection of Structures / buildings and implement the recommendations
- Ensure that the design specifications are met to avoid rework thereby saving time.
- Ensure usage of durable materials so that the structure is long lasting and thereby reducing maintenance cost.
- Ensure maximum utilization of materials in order to control cost.
- Ensure reduction of waste and use the waste wherever possible.
- Use alternative ways to conserve energy like natural ventilation, heat reflecting paints, etc.
- Co-ordinate with Material suppliers for introducing new efficient construction materials
