Position : AGM Call Centre Operations

Job Location : Gurgaon Experience ; Minimum ; 10 years Age ; 34 - 46 years Profile :

9 -12 Years of extensive experience in Call Centre Operations (outbound telesales)
Hands on experience in domestic out-bound sales process .
Candidate should be proficient in Outbound sales , Tele -Acquisition, Retention, Renewals, Revenue /Target based delivery .
Profile into selling tele -insurance policies , Loans , Health packages , Education , product & service sales -Holiday packages
Minimum Experience in Outbound call centre sales process : 6 years

Min number of agents handled : 300+

Required Candidate profile

Male / Female candidates Preferred

Should have handled outbound sales/telesales process

Should have handled inhouse/captive unit

minimum agents handled : 200+
