About the Role:
Information Security organization has a new opportunity on the Enterprise Access Management team for an Tech Operations Senior Associate to support the daily production for UNIX Access Management Team services related to provisioning and de-provisioning access as per the requirement. Responsibilities:

• Provides access management within UNIX environment. Provisions and de-provisions UNIX requests submitted through various request methods.
• Did course on RHCSA/RHCE or have good knowledge on Linux/Solaris Operating System. Certification is not mandatory.
• Knowledge of User Administration in Linux/Solaris is must.
• Provides basic technical support for routine security-related issues.
• Maintains familiarity with internal departmental and bank procedures and policies.
• Provides support and responds to problem tickets
• Provides on-call 24/7 UNIX Access Management production support as required or scheduled by management.
• Identifies ways to streamline and automate access management processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.
• Performs periodic review of existing documentation to ensure current understanding of processes and procedures making updates/changes as necessary.
• Provides support on new projects of the UNIX team
• Provides support on Work Orders and Change Requests via PAC2000 that are assigned to the team
• Able to support and lead the team independently
• Able to do Knowledge Training to newly hire Team Members
