Job Description
Urgent Opening for the position of Cloud Sales. Freshers can also apply.
Roles & Responsibilities for Cloud Sales-
- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements for Cloud Training and Consulting.
- Generating business by acquisition of customers.
- Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
- Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates.
- Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
- Negotiate the rates with the Clients and Candidates.
- Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
- Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
- Orient the Candidates on Interview process and Closure.
Requirement:
- Applicant having 0 yrs to 5 yrs of experience in Business Development role from Cloud/IT Sales. Freshers can also be considered with the same background.
- Good if have Team Handling experience or team lead capabilities.
- Strong Technical and Sales Experience.
- Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
- Must be process oriented and consistent performer.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be confident, self-motivated with go- getter attitude.
- Applicant should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
