Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for opening bank accounts for the customers visiting Reliance Smart Point Stores
Deliver banking services to the customers. E.g. cash deposit / withdrawal, generating mini account statements and making fund transfers to the customer
Educate and advise customers on managing money, identify prospective customers and recommend financial products of Jio Payments Bank
Participate in regular assessments and trainings conducted by Jio Payment Banks and other regulatory organization

Maintain detailed records of store footfall, interested customers and overall conversion, note the contact details of interested customers and schedule calls / meetings with them

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1-4 years of experience in selling financial products or opening bank accounts
Should have knowledge about banking / financial products
Should have a basic understanding of documents required for opening bank accounts or availing any financial services
