Desired Candidate Profile:-
Candidate should have more than 12 years of work experience in branch management and development having a sound knowledge of CDSL & NSDL products (E-Governance products) and compliances.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for business development of various e-Governance products viz. PAN, TIN, NIR, GST, NPS, NSR, Aadhar, Business Correspondent etc.
- Responsible for TIN franchisee development.
- Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.
- Preparing monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare P&L statistics of the branch.
- Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.
- Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow revenue.
- Drive and cascade commercial and compliance priorities in the branch.
- Build long term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customers interface.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company integrity policies.
- Lead and build a performance driven culture of integrity and compliance
