Job Description
Greetings from CBRE D&T. We are hiring for Sr Finance Processes Architect
Role: Sr Finance Processes Architect
Experience : 5 to 9 Years
Notice Period: Immediate-30 days
Job Desciption:
Determines the process sequences and interactions of existing processes by working with internal stakeholders/process users to gather requirements to understand the current-state. Identifies bottle-necks, pain points, and areas of improvement. Problem solves for any fundamental issues to key processes from a holistic perspective and provides recommendations for process improvements.
Supports Managers in discussions with primary stakeholders/leaders to document and memorialize context and decisions.
Need to be able to efficiently utilize excel and analyze data.
Able to effectively determine if additional information from the user is required to successfully address the issue. Independently conducts follow-up and more in-depth discussions with secondary stakeholders/process users.
Daily monitoring of new requests / follow up with users where additional information is needed in order to meet SLA guidelines.
Resolves any process problems and prevents their recurrences.
Meets process output requirements of internal customers.
Track frequency of similar user request assess if training is needed for repeated items and communicate need with management
Identifies and communicates process documentation requirements to technical writers.
Works with the technical writers to provide detailed descriptions of processes ensuring all necessary changes and updates are captured
Identifies training documentation needs and communicates to technical writers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Visio
Trintech Cadency or other reconciliation software preferred
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions.
Experience supporting month end close and reconciliation process strongly preferred
