1 Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior officer - Assistant managers :
- To support the overall business of the Branch through exceptional customer service, smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, cost management while ensuring compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.
- Be the first point of contact for all customer related issue
- Support the branch with Sales and Revenue Creation through sales and better customer relationships.
Branch Operations Manager:
- Responsible in overall branch management in the absence of the Branch manager or ABH
- Responsible for authorizing all Operational transactions and is the in-charge of all administrative and operational activities of the branch.
- Authority to authorize the teller on the daily cash transactions.
- Be the custodian of second set of keys of the vault and authorize the cashier in taking out adequate cash for daily transactions from the vault.
- Joint custodian for secured stationery at the branch and ATM
- Be the first point of contact for all customer related issues.
- Support the branch with Sales and Revenue Creation through sales and better customer relationships.
- Assist the Branch Manager in reviewing the progress of the Branch's achievement against Business Plans and look at ways to constantly improve the Branch's competitive position in its respective territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation in any discipline(Regular mode) with 1-4 years of experience in branch banking operations & Cross selling.
