Finance Transformation @ Gratitude

Job Description

• Coordinate with global transformation team to align on projects/expectations
• Own delivery and deployment of all transformation projects for the center
• Initiates and supports/mentors delivery of Process Continuous Improvement projects for the center
• In Coordination with Service Delivery, Global Transformation team, create a plan to achieve productivity targets for the center
• Represent the center on all client discussions and take ownership of the actions / open items for the center
• Recommend enhancements to the current projects to delivery greater value for the center
• Own onboarding and further knowledge development on Process Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies for the center
• Liaise with other delivery centers Transformation Leads on best practice and lessons learned
• Liaise with engagement Global Process Owners on best practice and lessons learned
• Please note: the role is of a Finance Transformation and not a Digital Transformation - FnA transformation profiles (combination of RTR/PTP and OTC)
