Job Description

We are hiring for the post of Agency Manager in life Insurance.

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate/MBA

Exp: Mini. 1 year experience in Sales

Functional Expertise: Sales in any sector & willingness to work in Insurance Sector.

Salary - 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Purpose – Agency Manager

• The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (free lancer) & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.

Reporting-

• Branch Head/ Branch Manager

Principal Accountabilities of Agency Managers:

• To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
