Dear candidate we have urgently required - Civil Site Engineer
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the site supervisor(In-charge) on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Review site plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations, interfacing with MEPs (Expert)
- Ensure work execution as per drawing
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and quality checks
- Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
- Liaise/coordinate with any consultants/Architect, site contractors, suppliers and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Conduct regular site review meetings & able to handle technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during execution
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Plan the work and efficiently organise the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures in High end residential projects. Able to coordinate a team of professionals as well as on site contractors/ sub-contractors to achieve the best results. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
