Position - Portfolio Resolution Manager

Location Mumbai

Department - Retail ARD

Job Role :

• Resolution of Recovery Portfolio Personal Loan Unsecured
• Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,
• Appointment of Collection agencies, Skip tracing agencies, Agency performance monitoring
• Mentoring Collection Agents / DRAs.
• Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting.
• Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.
• Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.
• Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.
• Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.
• Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office
• P&L of the Branch
