Job Description

We have an urgent requirement of 'Freshers' as well as 'Experienced' with excellent communication skill in English for our International lead generation/ sales process (voice).
Name of the Positons- Team Leader/ Sr. Customer Care Executive/ Customer Care Executive (AUS/US).
Location- Shakespeare Sarani(Nearby Maidan/Rabindra sadan Metro station)
Shift- Morning(8AM to 5PM)
Evening(5.30PM to 10PM)
Night(9 PM to 6AM)
*Pick & Drop is Available For Night Shift Employees.
Benefits & Facilities:
Fixed Salary on 8th of every month in Salary account + High Incentives.
Daily Sales Incentives.
Weekly Incentives.
Monthly Incentives.
Attendance Bonus.
Hike of 15% -20% on last drawn salary.
Referral Bonus of Rs.1500 per candidate.
No extension of shift timings.
High prospect of growth.
Salary Increment after 3 months.
Criteria :
Good command over English(mandate).
Qualification- Minimum 10 pass & above.
Basic knowledge on computers
Age should be between 18 to 40.
Salary- 5k to 10k+incentives For Part Timers.
10k to 20k+incentives For cce & Sr. CCE- full Timers.
25k to 30k+Incentives For Team Leaders.
(Salary no bar for good candidates.)
Its A Fixed Salary Job.
*NOTE :- *For Team Leader minimum 1yr exp required in International outbound sales process as TL .
*For Call closers / SR.CCE minimum 6m - 1yr exp required in international outbound sales process.
