JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities
oManage support queue (Service Now) for MDM incidents,
oMonitor and support MDM services during local hours,
oAddress MDM incidents escalated from the IS&T HelpLine.
Requirements
oMinimum Jamf 100 certification,
oFirm working knowledge of Apple operating systems including macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS,
oAbility to communicate complex technical subjects to people of varied technical roles and abilities,
oAbility to communicate, verbally and written, in English.
