Conduct planned trainings for new products covering product features, new technology explanation & USPs
Conduct planned refresher trainings on already launched products
Visit locations to conduct Spot trainings for new engineers, audit kit bag quality , refresh SOP (Installation) awareness .
Visit at customer place along with engineers to check SOP adherence (Audit function).
Make calls to customers to check satisfaction level & quality of installation / demonstration 
Claim verification / validation.
