Relevant exp. on Taleo-Recruitment & Onboarding Modules
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Shift Time: 1PM-10:30 PM
Skill Set:
Total Experience: Minimum 5 years with at least 3 + years in Taleo Recruiting 5+ years of hands on experience in Taleo application from 15x version onwards
3+ years of experience in Recruiting & Onboarding modules
Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
Skilled in administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
Must be fluent in configuring templates and forms
Must have an RDBMS data structure knowledge
SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
Knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting is an additional advantage
Knowledge of Taleo Client Connect
Must have knowledge around service pack, application install
Must have client facing experience - Understand business requirements to convert them into technical specifications that fully represent the client requirements
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good to have knowledge about integrating data with multiple systems
Ability to analyze and evaluate support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner according to established service level agreements and quality standards
