Job Description

Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Voice process)
Work Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Noida
Can join in : Immediate to 30 days
Experience level : 1 year to 4 years
Employer: Savantis Solutions India Pvt Ltd (will be deployed at our client location)
Contract to Hire position: (Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year) Client will absorb the candidates based on performance
Should be flexible for 24/7 support
Should be willing to undergo training on Versant & Technical skills (As per the client requirement).
Educational Profile :

Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Should have hands on experience in basic Computer hardware and Software.
  • Should have positive & go getter attitude.
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions using available information resources.
  • Advise user on appropriate action. Should know about SLA and severity/priority ( Person should aware Incident and service request definition ).
  • Follow standard help desk procedures. Log all help desk interactions.
  • Temp asset device allocation. Administer help desk software.
  • Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Redirect problems to correct resource. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. Prepare activity reports in excel format.
  • Inform management of recurring problems.
